The App is designed for service pensioners and family pensioners, providing a convenient way to access their benefits.

The App utilizes Aadhaar based face, fingerprint, or iris authentication for secure access.

1. Using the app with Face Authentication:
   • No external biometric device is required, only the AadhaarFaceRD service needs to be installed.
   • One can download AadhaarFaceRD from the Google Play Store (available only in India).
2. Using the app with Fingerprint/Iris device:
   • A registered biometric device such as a fingerprint scanner or iris scanner is required.
   • The RD Service of the respective biometric device can be downloaded from the Google Play Store.

Upon successful submission of JeevanPramaan, a unique Pramaan-ID is generated and a confirmation SMS is sent. The Pramaan-ID can be used for future reference if necessary.

The Digital Life Certificate is automatically accessed by the Pension Disbursing Office for processing, eliminating the need to submit a hard copy.
